Peacefully at home on Wednesday May 27, 2015 surrounded by family in his 98th year. Harold Green of R.R. 1 Perth Road former owner of Green Bay Campground. Loving father of Peter, Verna (Dan), Lorna, Wilma (Gerald) and Katherine. Fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents John and Laura Green, wife Dora Jean and one grandchild. Brother of Edith Christmas, Kenneth and John; predeceased by Alfred, Mable, Clifford, Susan, Etta and Archie. Friends will be received at Lyons Funeral Home, Westport on Thursday May 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral will be conducted Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Krista and Joe for helping him spend the remainder of his days at home where he wanted to be.
